Gamble Creek Farm is a local farm in Parrish. We are a CSA, which you can learn more about by clicking here. Currently, we have 50 members who purchased a share at the beginning of the season.
We are operated by Florida West Coast Resource Conservation & Development Council, which is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. In September 2007, Florida West Coast RC&D secured the site in Parrish, Florida, through an agricultural easement. With this purchase, the RC&D has the opportunity to increase the scope of the Manatee Agricultural Reuse System (MARS) Project to include demonstration. The demonstration site is now called Gamble Creek Farm and the CSA allows us to further engage the community in local food.
